My 27 year law practice focuses on three important areas. The first is business formation, including selecting the best entity for your business from an asset protection and tax planning perspective. The second is estate planning to avoid the time consuming and costly probate process. Estate planning includes the guidance and preparation of Trusts, Wills, Powers of Attorney and Medical Directives. If probate is required, I can assist in this process as well. The third is general transactional matters, including creating or reviewing contracts and residential and commercial leases. I have extensive experience in the areas in which I have chosen to practice and very much enjoy my work and my clients.
